Fidelance / Support and project management
Odoo support with project management and system administration
This is how you get support and project management in one package. Small systems get support with a part-time project manager. More complex systems get the same, scaled up. Large systems get a full project manager and consultant, plus support and a system administrator.
You run the business, we take over the Odoo administration. Every package opens with a system review, because support without understanding the system is guesswork. It works just as well on a system implemented by another partner or built in-house.

Which size is your system?
We use the same three sizes in every service. Not sure where you fit? We size it with you on the discovery call.
Small system
Low complexity and 3 to 5 applications.
Medium system
Medium complexity and more than 5 applications.
Large system
More than 5 departments, high complexity and over 10 applications.
How the hours are used
The review is included in every package and always comes first. The remaining hours go to the work you need, and every hour is reported.
Why 25 hours is the minimum. A smaller package would be consumed entirely by the review, leaving nothing for the work you bought it for. The right size depends on how large and complex your system is, not on how many requests you expect.

Questions about this stage
What does the project manager do?
The project manager keeps priorities, requests and next steps on track, so improvements actually get done. It is a part-time role in the first two packages and a full role in the third.
Why a review first?
Changing a system you do not understand is how small problems become expensive. The review documents your system and makes later support fast instead of exploratory.
How do I know which size my system is?
Small means low complexity and 3 to 5 applications. Medium means medium complexity and more than 5 applications. Large means more than 5 departments, high complexity and over 10 applications. We confirm it with you on the discovery call.
How many hours does the review take?
It depends on size and complexity: about 10 hours for a small system, 20 or more for a complex one.
Why is 25 hours the smallest package?
A smaller package would be consumed entirely by the review.
Can you support a system you did not build?
Yes. That is the normal case.
What if I use fewer hours than the package?
Unused hours stay available for the validity period, and the hours used are reported.
What if I need more hours?
Additional blocks are an add-on. After the first package, a monthly arrangement is possible if you need continuous cover.
Do you fix custom developments?
We diagnose whether the problem is configuration, data or code. Configuration and data are fixed within your hours. Code changes to custom modules are quoted separately.
