Once your processes are mapped, we build them in Odoo correctly the first time. Configuration, data migration, testing and training, so your team runs the business in the system and not alongside it.
We work from your blueprint, or create one first. Standard Odoo wherever it can carry the process, and customization only for what configuration cannot solve. That keeps the system cheaper to run and easier to upgrade.

Questions about this stage
Do I need the analysis first?
We recommend it unless you already know how your processes should work. If they are unclear or disputed, the analysis first saves more than it costs.
How do I know which size my system is?
Small means low complexity and 3 to 5 applications. Medium means medium complexity and more than 5 applications. Large means more than 5 departments, high complexity and over 10 applications. We confirm it with you on the discovery call.
What if requirements change?
Small adjustments are part of the work cycle. Changes that move the scope are an add-on or a separate contract, quoted before any work starts.
Do you write custom code?
Only when configuration cannot solve the problem. It is always quoted separately, with the standard alternative explained.
Can you work in my existing database?
Yes, starting with a short review so nothing in use breaks.
How does the work run?
In short cycles: configure, demonstrate to key users, adjust. You see the system running on your own data early.
What happens after go-live?
The first weeks are included in the top package. Ongoing help is the support stage, which comes with project management.
