Do I need to use Odoo already?

No. Process mapping is valuable before you choose Odoo, and it helps you select the applications.

Can you work on a system someone else built?

Yes. That is the normal case for support. Every package starts with a system review.

Do you write custom code?

Only when configuration cannot solve the problem. It is always quoted separately, with the standard alternative explained.

Why a dedicated freelancer instead of an agency?
