Questions about this stage
Do I need to use Odoo already?
No. The analysis is valuable before you choose Odoo, and it helps you select the applications.
What does being guided mean in practice?
We run the workshops, do the documentation and bring the Odoo knowledge. Your team brings what it knows about the business, and we turn it into a blueprint.
Is any configuration included?
No. We deliver documentation and design. Building is a separate project, so you decide who implements it after seeing the blueprint.
What if some processes do not fit standard Odoo?
The fit-gap analysis finds them early and proposes options: adjust the process, configure Odoo, or plan custom development, with an effort indication for each.
How do I choose between the packages?
Start from the size of your system. A small system (low complexity, 3 to 5 applications) fits Process Discovery. A medium system (medium complexity, more than 5 applications) fits Process Blueprint. A large system (more than 5 departments, high complexity, over 10 applications) fits Company Blueprint.
How are the workshops held?
Online, scheduled around your time zone.
What happens after the analysis?
You have a blueprint you can act on. If you want us to build it, the implementation stage continues from exactly this point.
